Order Cancellation

Changed your mind? No worries!
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, and we’ll issue a full 100% refund.

When We Accept Returns or Refunds

We’re happy to assist with returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective

  • We sent the wrong product

  • The size received is incorrect

You can request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

To speed up the process, please provide your order number and photo evidence of the issue.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition you received it

  • Include the original packaging

Please note:
If a returned item is lost in transit, we cannot take responsibility and will not be able to issue a refund without receiving the package.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send you an email to let you know:

  • That we’ve received your return

  • Whether your refund has been approved or declined

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Haven’t Seen Your Refund Yet?

If your refund hasn’t appeared, here are a few things to try:

  1. Check your bank account or payment app again

  2. Contact your credit card company—refunds may take a little time to post

  3. Contact your bank to confirm there are no delays

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged.
If you need the same item replaced (shipping fee applies), send us an email at support@cozoda.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit after we receive the returned product.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the sender had it shipped to themselves first, we’ll issue the refund to the original purchaser.

How to Return Your Item

Please package your item securely and include:

  • Your email confirmation or original receipt

  • A brief note telling us how we can assist (refund or exchange)

Important notes:

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or adding shipping insurance
    (we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your return without it)
