At Cozoda, we aim to provide clear and transparent shipping information so you know exactly how your order is shipped and when you can expect to receive it.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully completed.
  • Once processed, orders require an additional 24–48 hours to be prepared and handed over to the shipping carrier.

  • Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are calculated after the order has been shipped, excluding processing time:

  • United States: 8-12 business days
  • Canada: 8–12 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7–10 business days
  • Australia: 7–10 business days

Shipping Fees

  • Standard shipping fee: $5.99 (or the equivalent in your local currency).
  • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
  • You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress until delivery.

Important Notes

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. Cozoda is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • We do not ship to multiple addresses within a single order.
  • Delivery to military or restricted areas may not be supported.
